ARK Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Takenoshita Koyo) will exhibit at the 25th Japan International Seafood Show, to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from August 23rd to 25th, 2023, and will be showcasing for the first time in the world the ARK-V1, a small-scale, closed-recirculating land-based aquaculture system developed and manufactured by ARK.

 

Unlike conventional aquaculture systems, this system is a small, closed-recirculating land-based aquaculture system that takes up an area the size of a single parking space and enables "anyone to farm on land, anywhere." It is a solution that contributes to the low-cost, sustainable production of marine resources while reducing the burden on the marine environment.

During the event, our staff will provide a detailed explanation of the equipment and a demonstration of the ARK-V1 management application, STARBOARD BY ARK, while you can see the actual ARK-V1. In addition, on Friday, August 25th, we are planning a lecture by Yosuke Kurihara, our co-founder/CSO, at the 36th Land-based Aquaculture Study Group, which will be held at the same time, so we hope you will participate.
