Required Skills & Experience: A Master's degree or higher (or equivalent research/practical experience) in Fisheries Science, Biology, Agriculture, Environmental Science, Biotechnology, or related fields. / English proficiency (TOEIC 700 score level or equivalent). / Proficiency in PC and business IT tools.
Preferred Skills & Experience: Experience with patenting/intellectual property processes. / Experience in the aquaculture or fisheries industry. / Experience managing joint research projects with universities or public research institutions. / Practical experience/skills using Generative AI.
