[Exhibition Notice] We're exhibiting at SKS JAPAN 2026, Nov 5–7

ARK will exhibit at SKS JAPAN 2026, a global foodtech summit to be held from Thursday, November 5 to Saturday, November 7, 2026, in Nihonbashi, Tokyo.

SKS JAPAN is a global foodtech summit that launched in Japan in 2017, with roots in the Smart Kitchen Summit founded in Seattle, USA. Now in its ninth year, the event brings together companies, startups, researchers, and investors from Japan and around the world, spanning food, agriculture, distribution, IT, academia, and beyond. Under the 2026 theme “From Food Innovation to Next Industries,” the summit will foster cross-sector exchange and co-creation aimed at building new businesses and industries for the future of food.

As part of its efforts to realize a sustainable fisheries and aquaculture industry, ARK will showcase a mockup of its modular closed recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS)and introduce its farmed fish production and sales business.

Exhibition Highlights

Modular Land-Based Aquaculture System Business:ARK’s modular closed RAS can be deployed in as little as six months and scaled flexibly to suit the size and needs of each business. Its modular design allows the system to be configured to the installation site and production plan, and to grow alongside the business as production volumes increase. At the booth, we will display a mockup of the system and explain how it works, its key features, and the process leading up to installation.

Farmed Fish Production and Sales Business:In addition to developing and supplying land-based aquaculture systems, ARK also produces and sells farmed fish. Going beyond the development of production technology, we are working to bring the fish we raise all the way to consumers, with the goal of building a sustainable model for seafood production and distribution. At the booth, we will also introduce ARK’s farmed fish production and sales business.
